Directions from south Philadelphia: Take rte #1 south to the second Oxford exit, turn right on Rte 472 North approx. 20 miles to the town of Quarryville. (it Will be the first stop sign on 472). Turn left on Rte 372 west. Follow 372 west, approx. 5 miles, straight thru the light in Quarryville, straight thru the flashing light at the Buck, The entrance for Muddy Run Park will be on your left 2.5 miles after the flashing light

Directions from North Philadelphia: Take PA turnpike west and pick up Rte 202 west at King of Prussia. Follow Rte 202 west to Rte 30 west. Take 30 west to Gap and turn left on Rte 41 south. Turn right on 372 west for approx. 20 miles to Buck, PA. go straight thru the flashing light and the park entrance is on the left 2.5 miles.

Directions from Baltimore: Take Rte 95 north to exit #74, Rte 152 fallston exit. turn left and go north thru Fallston. Follow Rte 152 to Rte 165 north. Follow 165 north into PA. (165 turns into PA 74 North) Follow Rte 74 north to Rte 372 east. Turn right on Rte 372 and cross Susquahanna river on Norman Wood Bridge. 2.5 miles after the bridge will be entrance to Muddy Run Park on the right side.
